LOT SIXTY ONE COFFEE ROASTERS: BEST ROASTER IN AMSTERDAM

One of the first things I usually like to try in a city: coffee!

We heard about this place through Instagram (gotta love these insta-recommendations!)

As one of the only indie cafés this area, this place is all about the hustle and bustle. There's always a lot of people inside and outside sitting on the benches.

I got a cortado (which is like a very small latte with much less milk) and it was really good. You could really feel the freshness of the coffee roasted in house. Pastries were also very good and super moist!

Fun fact: when we arrived at the hotel, I was a bit tired and asked the receptionist "Where are the best coffee shops around here?" My recommendation: if you're looking for actual coffee you should ask for a café instead because you'll end up with a very different experience with the first question!

Guess I should've got coffee before talking to anyone this day :D
